WHO WE ARE

We are a firm of Chartered Accountants established in 2002 that offers consultancy services to the world of businesses and companies.

The firm aims to assist businesses in the areas of corporate and tax consultancy, from incorporation —helping them to define the entrepreneurial project and its economic and tax implications—to development, providing organizational and accounting support, as well as management diagnosis and control—up to the eventual liquidation of activity— where assessments of legal correctness and cost-effectiveness of the solutions are necessary.

A key feature that distinguishes our structure is the direct and personal relationship between the client and the partners of the firm.

As a natural evolution of the structure, from several years the firm has been part of a network that includes, in addition to professionals with an economic-business background registered with the relevant professional bodies, also lawyers and labor consultants, working in an integrated and multidisciplinary approach.
